What documentation is needed to open an account with FCSL?


At First Capital, we are dedicated to maintaining our client’s personal information in a private manner, the way it should always be. We do not, under any circumstances, sell, rent, or lend your personal information to any third party solicitor. Your privacy is our top concern. Each item listed below is kept in strict confidence. Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact us.

All First Capital Savings & Loan accounts require the following three items before an account can be approved.

1. A fully completed application form. To fill out an application form click the "open account" link above.

2. Proof of Identity - A color photocopy of only ONE of the following:

*Current valid passport
*State ID Card
*Armed Forces ID card
*Driving license with photo

3. Proof of Address - A color photocopy of only ONE of the following:

*Utility bill
*Bank or Credit Card statement
*Letter from public body - Government office, Inland Revenue
*Drivers License (if not used as proof of identity above in #2)

To submit your proof of ID and address please attach your scanned copies to an email addressed to identification@firstcapitalsl.com.
