What is FCSL’s policy on banking privacy?


FCSL’s Privacy Policy is our commitment to protect your personal information. We give all customers the peace of mind to know that none of their personal banking information or history will be shared with any third party persons, businesses or government agencies.

To be very specific it is against New Zealand Banking law for FCSL to even respond to a foreign government’s (tax authority?) information request in regards to any client that they think has an account with us.
