What can I do to protect my personal information on the Internet?


While FCSL works hard to protect your banking privacy, you must actively play a role in protecting your accounts. There are a number of steps you can take to ensure that your FCSL account information is protected and keep private to only your eyes. Some helpful tips include:

• Do not reveal your FCSL username and password to anyone else.

• Change your password from time to time to assure that no one else can access your account.

• Don’t leave any online banking session with FCSL before you completely log out of your account. Note: If your online account is left inactive for 10 minutes or longer, you will automatically be signed out of your account. You will need to login again to gain access to your account.

• Once you have finished your FCSL online session, sign off before visiting other sites by clicking logout.
